Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the lkrobots.com website (“Website”), chat.lkrobots.com mobile application (“Mobile Application”), all related products and services (collectively, “Services”), and the physical hardware provided by L&K Tech Inc. This Agreement binds you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and L&K Tech inc. (“L&K Tech inc.”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Services or the physical hardware, you accept this Agreement and agree to its terms.

Hardware and Warranty

• L&K Tech inc. offers physical hardware that operates on-premises.
• The hardware comes with a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• During the warranty period, if the hardware is found to be defective or fails to operate as intended, L&K Tech inc. will either repair or replace the hardware, subject to terms agreed upon sale.

Accounts and Membership

• If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for its security.
• We may monitor new accounts but are not obliged to do so.
• False contact information can lead to account termination.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account uses or security breaches.
• We can suspend or delete your account for violations of this Agreement.
• Banned users may not re-register.

Links to Other Resources

• Services may link to external resources, but we don’t endorse or affiliate with them unless stated.
• We don’t guarantee the offerings of third-party resources linked to our Services.
• Use third-party resources at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Intellectual Property Rights are comprehensive and include rights across the globe.
• This Agreement doesn’t transfer any intellectual property to you.
• All rights to the Services, its content, and the physical hardware remain with L&K Tech inc.
• You have no rights to our trademarks or those of third parties on our Services.

Changes and Amendments

• We can modify this Agreement at any time.
• We’ll update the Agreement’s date and notify users.
• Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

Acceptance of These Terms

• By using the Services or the physical hardware, you agree to this Agreement.
• If you disagree, don’t use our Services or hardware.
